2. Refund Request Process

Approval & Return Instructions: Once we review your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

Return the Product: The product must be returned within 7 days of receiving approval. Ensure it is packed securely to avoid further damage.

Refund Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Refund Method & Processing Time

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).

Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider. Typically:

Credit/Debit Card Payments: 5-10 business days.

UPI/Net Banking Payments: 3-7 business days.

Wallet Payments: 2-5 business days.

4. Order Cancellations & Refunds

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return after receiving the product.

6. Non-Refundable Items & Exceptions

Gift cards, promotional items, or giveaway products are non-refundable.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
